These policies ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all parties. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of your service. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit or debit cards (4% processing fee applies to direct card payments).
2. Arrival Window
Our team arrives within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time. Because we service multiple vehicles daily in varying conditions, delays can occur. This window allows flexibility if a previous job takes longer than expected. We'll always keep you updated with an accurate ETA.
Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready. Delays such as locked cars, removing personal items, or customer unavailability disrupt our schedule and impact other clients. While we do not currently charge for these delays, repeated issues may result in refusal of future service.
3. Scope of Work
We perform only the services outlined in the package you selected. Additional work—like stain removal, scratch repair, or odor treatment—must be approved and paid for separately before it is done.
Detailing is not bodywork or restoration. We aim for dramatic results but do not guarantee perfection or full removal of permanent damage, heavy oxidation, or deep staining.
4. Pet Hair, Mold, or Odor Removal
These conditions require extra time and products. If not disclosed during booking, an upcharge may apply or the service may be declined.
5. Respect Policy
We treat every customer with professionalism and expect the same in return. Abusive or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate refusal of service with no refund.
6. Touch-Up Policy
If something is missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. After that, no rework will be provided.
7. No Show & Last Minute Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 12 hours or missing your appointment impacts our team’s schedule. While we do not currently charge a fee, repeated incidents may result in refusal of future service.
8. Fair Expectations Policy
We work hard to deliver quality results and treat every customer with honesty and respect. In return, we ask the same.
Unreasonable demands, dishonesty, or attempts to get extra services or refunds under false pretenses will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone trying to take advantage of our team or policies.

We take pride in our work and always strive to leave you impressed — but not misled. Deep damage, permanent stains, and wear beyond the limits of detailing may not be fully restorable, but we will always maximize the results possible for your vehicle.
